Friday Morning Meeting
Action: Recognition and response to Clinical Deterioration in the Cath Lab, Nursing Systems & Handling Emergencies.

The highly specialised field on Interventional Cardiology requires the support of a prepared and knowledgeable Cath Lab nursing team.

This meeting provides a forum for the nursing leaders of Cath Labs to come together to share and learn from each other the systems and processes they have in place for dealing with the unexpected.

Creating a specialised nursing team for the Cardiac Cath Lab environment in an ongoing challenge. This meeting is an opportunity to brainstorm how individual labs effectively and efficiently train nursing staff and improve critical assessment and response skills in all situations within the Cath Lab.

This meeting will be capped at 50 to allow interaction in the room.

We would encourage all labs to have representation at this new and exciting meeting.

Program

This gathering offers a valuable opportunity for nursing leaders to exchange knowledge and strategies, fostering the growth of specialized Cath Lab teams and enhancing their capacity to handle all situations in the Interventional Cardiology field.
